Features and structure: twin screw extruder is composed of barrel screw, gear transmission system, measure feeding, vacuum exhaust, heating, cooling and electric control. It mainly used in plasticizing and extruding PVC pipes, plate, sheet, films, profile, granulating and other plastic products.
The series Extruders with appropriate screws, dies and other auxiliaries can directly convert thermoplastic expecialy PVC powder and other plastic raw materials into pipe, plate sheet, film and profile, and also provide function of modifying and Pelling. The extruders drived by D. C motor with a thyristor to stepless regulate, the fuctions include vacuum vention and forced feeding.
